• VocaBase - SCE Business. VoiceXML application server featuring tools for the administration, design and operation of new-generation voice portals. VocaBase orchestrates all telephone interactions between customers, IT systems and contact centers in real time, using an integrated definition of call flow that combines voice interactions, business rules and IT transactions.
• IVR-in-The-Box. All-in-One IVR platform which allows the customer to design easily his vocal application thanks to VocaBase studio, and to deploy it upon the IVR platform OMP. As targeting Small and Medium Enterprise, IVR-in-The-Box is designed to fit the most used requirements needed for this category at a very adjusted price. A limited subset of OMP features is then comprised in this offer.
