SFR - Open Media Platform

Context

SFR, the second Global Network operator in France, was building up various applications as IVR, IVVR, Virtual Call Center, Multichannel broadcast notification and other interactive telecom applications. Those applications had to be deployed for internal SFR use (e.g. InfoConso, Video Call Center) or for hosting services for large enterprises (e.g IVR applications with Extranet Web console for on-line IVR customisation). User media connection should be through ISUP or SIP networks.

Deliverables

Up to 8 000 media ports of Voxpilot OMP of have been deployed over 3 main platforms using each either Media server alone or both Call and Media Server.

High performance: e.g. more than 50 millions of calls per month for one application.

Context

Ericsson, the leader in IN, NGN and IMS infrastructure was looking for an SRF unit in the building of their Mobile Centrex offer. The solution should be INAP/CS1+ compliant, fully scalable and future proof with SIP/VXML foundations.

Deliverables

Voxpilot delivered its OMP platform solution and partnered with Dialogic .for the E1 and SS7 (ISUP/INAP) boards. The Proof of Concept with 240 ports was fully successful and thousands of ports were then OMP deployed.

MEGAFON - Open Media Platform

Context

MegaFon is one of three major mobile networks in Russia,. In 2010 they launch the MultiFon service, a Rich Communication Suite offer for mobile PC users (voice, messaging, video, file sharing, SMS/MMS, presence). In 2011, they wished to add videoconferencing feature in this Multifon service suite.
